We want you to be happy with your report. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Our product

The Bonding Lab sells a single digital product: a personalised personality report generated after you complete our assessment. Because the report is created and delivered electronically immediately after purchase, it is a digital good that is consumed on delivery.

Cancellation policy

As our reports are digital products generated and delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the report has been delivered to you. Please ensure you are ready to receive your report before completing your purchase.

Refund eligibility

✓ Eligible for refund

  • Report was not delivered due to a technical error
  • Payment was processed but report was never generated
  • You were charged more than once for the same report
  • A significant technical issue made the report unreadable

✗ Not eligible for refund

  • You disagree with your personality type result
  • You changed your mind after receiving the report
  • You took the test multiple times and received different results
  • The report was delivered successfully and is readable

How to request a refund
